This transaction creates a new global industry powerhouse and establishes Brookfield as the #3 player in the North American residential real estate brokerage market with a combined network of almost 80,000 real estate agents and 2,800 locations.

Our expanded residential real estate operations are now represented in all 50 U.S. states, Mexico and Portugal, producing more than $150 billion in annual residential real estate sales.

Our relocation company has also expanded dramatically with this acquisition.  With this acquisition, Brookfield Global Relocation Services moves nearly 85,000 families in and out of over 125 countries around the world each year, and counts as clients more than one-third of Fortune 100 companies and both Canadian and U.S. governments.

The acquisition greatly expands our global referral network, with operations in nine countries, including a rapidly growing presence in China, Brazil and India.
