I was determined to sell the home that I had been living in for 33 years. It was time to make a change. But the time that I had to put into the endeavor of buying a condo and selling the home was limited as I was very involved in writing my second book.

When I phoned Eva for the first time she said that she knew the Yonge and St. Clair area very well as she had lived in the area for over 20 years. She assured me that she would help my husband and I find the perfect condo in the area for the price we were willing and able to pay.

Eva began to show us various condos. By seeing several we were able to clarify exactly what we were looking for- what amenities we required- what we absolutely had to have and what we were willing to compromise on.

A week and a half later Eva showed us a condo that was wonderful. The area was great, the building was lovely, the price was right and all of the amenities were there. The condo had been listed as one bedroom with a den and we had wanted two bedrooms but we very quickly realized that the den could be made into a bedroom and our study could be incorporated in the large living room area. With flexibility and creativity Eva had found the perfect condo for us.

The next project was to sell the home on Spadina Road that had been in the family for 33 years. Within one week Eva found a family who were anxious to relocate to the Forest Hill area.

After a few weeks Eva found a wonderful condo that my husband and I will be happy to live in for years to come and she found a great house for another family to live in.
